The synthesis of favorite materials in product design by SVOYA studio.
Product design has become a new and successful direction of SVOYA studio. Designers had the idea of creating objects from a desire to realize their creative potential and deficiency of a product on the market of Ukraine. Initially, they were experimenting with relevant materials and their interaction. It was an interest in living processes: aging, cracking, discoloration. And this naturalness enables the subject to live and develop in the course of operation. So there were the first-born from the industrial design of SVOYA studio – decorative elements “IZDEREVA” (synthesis of wood and concrete), the tables “SREZ”, concrete panels, lamps “VKOSUYU”.
Designers are finding fresh images and portions of inspiration at the international exhibitions, and the birth of own ideas happening as free process. Developments in the field of industrial design in the studio – it’s a teamwork. Many items derive from the basic concept of objects for which they are created. Studio also carries out orders to the manufacturer for a particular function, the first of which was the kitchen “SOUL”.
The development of product design in SVOYA studio began as a hobby and experiment, which, in turn, absorbed a lot of time and investment. A large number of researches were carried out in the workshop. Results and good prospects are tangible for the studio now. Industrial design is now an integral component of the development strategy of the studio, which is gaining great momentum.
